Through a review available literature, like social constraints, upward mobility among lower castes household burden have been identified as some major determinants. Using three rounds NSSO data namely 50th round (1993–94), 61st (2004–05), 68th (2011–12) Employment Unemployment Surveys PLFS (2017–18) data, our analysis (across factors) shown existence U-shaped relationship between education, however it shifts downwards time. MPCE deciles is not but negative. Women higher income class are more likely being graduates thus increasing their probability joining labour force; even then force participation women upper show dominance Income effect over education. It significant that declines time irrespective indicates other than for explaining problem FLFPR. Particularly, one needs focus on demand problems social-institutional inhibiting force.
